Assistant Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee procurement activities for multifamily construction initiatives.

• Communicate with vendors through phone and email to source materials and address any issues.

• Process and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Organize and coordinate material deliveries with vendors and project teams.

• Track procurement schedules and proactively tackle potential delays.

• Keep precise procurement records and project documentation.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Effectively prioritize tasks and make operational decisions independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, operations, procurement, or a related field.

• Strong skills in project coordination and organization, with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with confidence in engaging both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail and follow-through.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Adaptable and resourceful, with the skill to navigate uncertainty and solve problems effectively.

• Experience in the construction or multifamily development sector is highly advantageous.
