This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Maintain an in-depth comprehension of the InEvent platform and services to assist clients with inquiries while consistently recommending optimal solutions and courses of action for their projects.
• Address client concerns and strive to enhance every aspect of the client experience with the organization.
• Continuously advocate for the value of the InEvent platform and engage in upselling through exceptional customer/client service.
• Expand and enhance clients' usage of the platform within their organizations.
• Propose optimizations for existing processes across all Customer Success initiatives.
• Mentor and guide Customer Success trainers while collaborating on major Enterprise accounts from your portfolio.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Development role is essential.
• Proven experience in client retention and encouraging ongoing use of the solution/service.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to cultivate positive business relationships.
• Strong technical skills are required.
• A high level of accountability and personal organization is critical.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer concerns and perceptions regarding product usage, along with the capability to troubleshoot as necessary.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or equivalent) and SSO is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed, including short-term business trips to the United States; must be able to obtain and maintain necessary travel documentation (e.g., visas).
