Water Applications Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Set up, commission, and operate proprietary Cesco wastewater treatment pilot systems while building relationships with existing customers to support their water treatment requirements at various locations.

• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on pilot equipment, pumps, feed systems, controls, and associated components.

• Assist with the installation and startup of treatment equipment and chemical feed systems in heavy industrial settings.

• Gather, record, and analyze operational and performance data from pilot and full-scale systems.

• Utilize data to make informed, real-time adjustments to chemical programs and system operations to enhance performance.

• Aid in establishing and maintaining customer accounts for Cesco.

• Provide technical field support to Sales and Technical teams during trials, evaluations, and ongoing programs.

• Document system performance, service activities, and site conditions through service reports and internal communications.

• Ensure that equipment and site work are carried out safely and in accordance with customer and company safety standards.

• Assist with equipment logistics, preparation, and refurbishment between deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of technical experience in water treatment.

• More than 2 years of experience with plumbing and electrical systems, as well as general mechanical skills.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to work outside of standard operating hours as necessary; must be able to travel 50-90% throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
