Assistant Professor – Applied Behavior Analysis, Technology-Assisted Teaching

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver a diverse range of educational services to learners pursuing degrees, certificates, and non-degree programs.

• Ensure that students have access to high-quality educational experiences that align with the specified course outcomes.

• Engage in scholarly endeavors or professional practice within the field.

• Teach online courses, mentor students, participate in committee work (graduate level only), and contribute to the development of the curriculum.

• Take part in school governance through faculty committees and may engage in various other activities based on the university’s requirements.

• Facilitate highly interactive environments in dissertation and capstone courses.

• Participate in the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of courses and course materials.

• Regularly review student feedback on courses and implement changes to continuously improve performance.

• Exhibit leadership roles in both school and university governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Doctorate degree is required.

• A minimum of three years of teaching experience in an online environment is highly preferred.

• Experience teaching in higher education is essential.

• Experience mentoring doctoral candidates is required.

• Proficiency in curriculum writing is necessary.

• Membership or affiliation with an educational leadership organization at the national, regional, or local level is preferred.

• A demonstrated commitment to service and practice within the field of educational leadership is essential.

• Experience in leadership through team collaboration is required.

• Evidence of supporting student success and a dedication to achieving quality teaching outcomes is essential.

• Experience presenting at professional conferences on national and/or local scales is required.

• Familiarity with scholarly writing and the use of APA 6th edition is necessary.
