Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform independent, evidence-based medical assessments and utilization evaluations.

• Examine patient records and associated documentation in accordance with clinical guidelines.

• Deliver objective, high-quality reports within specified turnaround times.

• Ensure adherence to URAC, HIPAA, and internal quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.

• Preference for specialization in Spine Surgery.

• NY WCB Authorization is desirable.

• Hold a current, unrestricted medical license from a U.S. state.

• Involved in clinical practice for 20 hours per week or more.

• Experience in peer review, utilization review, or independent medical evaluations is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent written communication skills and ability to clearly document findings.

• Comfortable working autonomously and utilizing online review platforms.
