Water Application Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• This position provides support to the Sales and Technical teams by overseeing the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of proprietary wastewater treatment pilot systems.

• It entails commissioning pilot equipment and/or conducting full-scale testing at client locations to ensure effective system performance.

• Aid in the continuous optimization of Cesco’s chemical treatment programs within food processing and various industrial settings.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to develop effective treatment programs.

• Gather and analyze performance data, making data-informed modifications to enhance system results.

• Act as a vital link between operations, clients, and both technical and commercial teams.

• Flexibility is essential as work may extend beyond normal business hours based on project and client requirements.

• Travel is anticipated to be between 50% and 90% within the designated regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of technical experience in water and wastewater treatment.

• At least 5 years of experience with plumbing and electrical systems, industrial chemicals, and general mechanical skills.

• Must possess effective communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Availability to work outside regular hours as necessary; travel of 50-90% within defined areas is required.

• Remote work is expected when not on-site.

• Fluency in English is required.
