Warehouse Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Global responsibility for LEX Warehousing applications.

• Ensuring the quality and stability of products.

• Supervising team members' deliverables to guarantee quality standards are achieved.

• Defining and implementing new processes to fulfill business stakeholder needs.

• Reviewing all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle to ensure they are complete, consistent, of high quality, and traceable to requirements.

• Global governance of the Managed Services team across all regions to support extensive global production usage of the owned application.

• Meeting project deliverables and exit criteria within the established timelines.

• Providing a clear and persuasive Product Vision to the team and stakeholders.

• Managing the product roadmap, including participation in the demand intake process.

• Defining the product's value and confirming that it achieves the expected outcomes.

• Conducting research on user needs, industry trends, strategic priorities, and stakeholder feedback to inform the Product Vision and Roadmap.

• Collaborating, coaching, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including product, deployment, operational teams, and end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (completed and verified before starting).

• Three (3) years of functional or technical experience in supply chain within a private, public, government, or military setting.

• Three (3) years of functional and/or technical experience with SAP.
