Principal Product Manager – Contribution Experiences

📋 Description

• Establish a long-term vision for innovative contribution concepts

• Manage and enhance existing contribution products

• Develop and articulate a product strategy that aligns your portfolio with Yelp's ecosystem-level metrics

• Foster executive alignment on new initiatives

• Promote cross-functional collaboration with peer teams

• Perform competitive analysis and user research

• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and research teams to deliver high-quality products

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably 8 years of experience in senior product positions

• Experience in marketplaces is advantageous

• Proven track record of taking a product from inception to launch: identifying opportunities, validating them, shipping them, and scaling

• Experience managing a portfolio of products at various maturity stages, from early-stage incubation to growth optimization

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations

• Exceptional executive communication skills

• Insight into how individual products influence broader platform and marketplace metrics

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is mandatory
