Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product discovery with cloud service providers, managed service providers (MSPs), hosting companies, internal teams, and technical users.

• Convert customer challenges and market needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized roadmaps.

• Collaborate directly with engineering teams to clarify scope, assess trade-offs, identify dependencies, and formulate delivery plans.

• Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on the impact on customers, technical feasibility, business value, and overall product strategy.

• Evaluate competitors and analyze market trends within cloud infrastructure, virtualization, cloud management, Kubernetes, storage, automation, and related sectors.

• Assist in product positioning, packaging, launch planning, and enablement for sales, marketing, support, and customer success teams.

• Manage post-release activities, including adoption tracking, gathering feedback, addressing issues, implementing improvements, and achieving measurable product outcomes.

• Maintain clear and up-to-date product documentation, roadmap context, and rationale behind decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in product management related to cloud infrastructure, virtualization, cloud platforms, hosting, MSP/CSP products, DevOps/platform tools, Kubernetes, storage, networking, automation, or other related technical products.

• A strong hands-on ownership approach: comfortable with writing requirements, engaging with customers, collaborating with engineers, analyzing feedback, and driving execution personally.

• Capability to comprehend technical infrastructure products and discuss trade-offs with engineering and technical clients.

• Proven experience in prioritizing roadmaps and making informed product decisions amidst competing customer, business, and technical demands.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort in utilizing data, customer feedback, and market insights to inform product decisions.

• Excellent written communication skills: able to document product challenges, requirements, decisions, and release context in a manner accessible to engineering and business teams.

• Ability to operate independently in a distributed remote work environment.
