This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the discovery, definition, and roadmap for Decisiv’s portfolio of billable add-on services that enhance core platform functionalities and generate additional revenue.
• Oversee the complete service investment lifecycle, including build-vs-partner decisions, launch, tracking adoption, and ongoing P&L performance.
• Establish and manage pricing strategies for add-on services, incorporating subscription, usage-based, and tiered models, along with continuous margin and profitability evaluations.
• Make informed invest/sustain/EOL decisions based on usage data, customer value, and financial performance.
• Spearhead Decisiv’s third-party marketplace strategy by identifying, assessing, and integrating partners whose services enhance platform value for customers, dealers, fleets, and OEMs.
• Create and uphold a comprehensive view of the competitive landscape and partner ecosystem, distinguishing partners to enable, compete against, or limit, and translating that into clear positioning strategies.
• Act as Decisiv’s external representative as the main commercial and product lead for third-party partnerships, nurturing relationships from initial discussions to agreement execution.
• Lead or assist in contract and partnership negotiations, collaborating with legal, finance, and executive leadership to structure agreements that provide mutual benefits.
• Work alongside platform PMs to contribute business and use case requirements for APIs that facilitate first- and third-party services.
• Utilize customer insights, market research, and usage analytics to validate service investments, inform pricing, and direct portfolio prioritization.
• Regularly engage with customers, prospects, and partners to collect feedback and advocate for Decisiv’s services and marketplace strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on service and marketplace launches, focusing on positioning, pricing communications, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.
• Over 7 years of Product Management experience in developing and scaling B2B SaaS products, with responsibility for revenue-generating services or monetized platform capabilities.
• Proven experience in P&L ownership and financial insight, including pricing model development, service profitability tracking, and data-driven invest/sustain/EOL recommendations.
• Background in creating SaaS pricing strategies—subscription, usage-based, and tiered—along with a solid understanding of margin management and competitive pricing dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and managing third-party partnerships, including partner evaluation, marketplace or integration agreements, and ongoing relationship management.
• Strong competitive intelligence skills applied to build-vs-partner decisions and unique product positioning.
• Experience in supporting or leading contract negotiations and commercial agreements with third-party vendors or technology partners.
• Sufficient technical aptitude to meaningfully contribute API use case requirements and engage credibly with engineering teams and external technical partners.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and influence skills, with a history of representing a product or company externally and driving clear decisions among stakeholders.
• High level of professionalism, ownership, and accountability in a remote, collaborative, cross-functional setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience spanning product, commercial, and technical teams.
• Remote role with occasional travel for partner engagements, customer visits, and company events.
