Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of demand signals and unit economics.

• Implement standard integrations — swift, fixed-fee deployments.

• Develop custom integrations — create and productize new connectors.

• Build custom apps and agents — manage the engagement model and outcomes.

• Offer managed services — productize the playbook.

• Facilitate connections across various functions.

• Provide insights to platform and feature teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in AI and agents.

• Required expertise in Cursor and/or Claude Code.

• Senior-level experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record in platform, API, or developer-focused products.

• Experience in 0→1 product development.

• Possess a "product-biz" mindset.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in customer-facing situations.

• Technical fluency is essential.

• Strong understanding of UX principles.

• Capable of making sound strategic and tactical judgments.

• Language: Business-level proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Domain experience (preferred): familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or fintech platforms.
