This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Responsible for tracking all materials and supplies within the facilities; auditing the goods received into the warehouse.
• Supervise the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, along with related reporting, in line with established procedures.
• Prepare and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to manage the flow of goods and optimize warehouse space.
• Ensure the efficiency of operating procedures, space usage, and the maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
• Process sales orders and invoices accurately.
• Update and maintain the warehouse location system effectively.
• Participate in customer on-call services as necessary.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to safety policies and relevant government, customer, or industry regulations or standards.
• Accountable for identifying and reporting unsafe work practices, workplace incidents, and/or near misses.
• Conduct risk assessments (“Take Five”) prior to each task.
• Maintain a tidy work area and ensure compliance with housekeeping requirements.
• Attend training sessions related to Environmental, Health, and Safety.
• Utilize the required personal protective equipment (PPE) designated for each task.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Experience in mining operations is considered a plus.
• Forklift operation experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with computerized inventory management systems.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
