This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Ensuring that target chemical levels are maintained for established treatment programs at DuBois customer locations.
• Creating and following an effective service schedule that aligns with the customer service profile.
• Completing the full service schedule each month.
• Conducting regular audits that involve testing water or fluid samples using a portable laboratory, analyzing results at client sites, recording inventory, and initiating reorders as necessary, either directly or through the customers’ ordering process.
• Performing daily data entry in an analytics platform and effectively communicating any anomalies throughout the organization.
• Troubleshooting on-site issues stemming from non-conformances in water sample results and addressing any defective equipment through repair or replacement.
• Identifying and implementing solutions to optimize our clients’ water or chemical systems for the lowest possible life cycle cost while proactively maintaining those systems.
• Designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing dosing equipment, controls, and water conditioning systems to ensure that DuBois programs function effectively.
• Managing both urgent and non-urgent customer requests for support related to the operation of DuBois programs at their facilities.
• Identifying and quantifying savings from water and energy programs.
• Opportunity to design innovative water or process chemical treatment programs.
• Upholding a customer service mindset to achieve an outstanding level of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for preparing and delivering annual business reviews to customers, encompassing both technical and financial aspects (where applicable).
• Post-secondary education in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or Industrial applications.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales roles.
• Preference for candidates with experience in industrial environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of relationships with customers and internal partners within the organization.
• Effective organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Significant customer service experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
