This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Upload and verify asset URLs from iconik into Media Central.
• Revise client documents (e.g., Quip or Airtable) to include accurate links.
• Monitor deliveries in Excel Mission Control, ensuring alignment with Lucid folders.
• Implement standardized naming conventions utilizing provided tools or guides.
• Input and maintain copy and YouTube links for client content.
• Coordinate and perform quality control on data across various tabs and sub-themes within Mission Control.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to address missing assets or naming discrepancies.
• Generate duplicate Mission Control sheets for sub-teams or themes.
• Engage with stakeholders (e.g., Carat) to request or amend line items.
• Assist in maintaining data hygiene, dropdown functionalities, and taxonomy within Excel sheets.
• Minimum of 2 years in a production support, coordination, trafficking, or administrative role.
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced features such as filters, formulas, and data validation.
• Capable of concentrating on detail-oriented tasks with minimal supervision.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in enhancing process efficiency and documentation.
• Must be eligible for a background check (required for access to client systems).
• Residing in a location where shipping a client-issued Mac device is practical.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while sustaining focus and precision.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Quip, Airtable, Lucid, MS Excel, and similar data management tools.
• Understanding of taxonomy or naming conventions relevant to digital asset management and various media types.
• Experience in coordinating tasks with cross-functional and offshore teams.
• Strong written communication abilities, with a capacity to escalate or clarify project requirements.
• Experience with metadata entry, tracking tools, and delivery systems.
• Competent in navigating dual-system setups (e.g., a Tag-issued and client-issued laptop).
• Comfortable using Slack, O365, and other internal tools (training provided as necessary).
• Familiarity with creative or production workflows (e.g., trafficking, quality control, post-production).
