This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
β’ Facilitate coordination among local participants involved in the project.
β’ Assist with onboarding processes, providing communication and guidance for new participants.
β’ Help schedule sessions and ensure timely participation.
β’ Provide support for device logistics and procurement as necessary.
β’ Ensure the smooth execution of local sessions and activities.
β’ Oversee and verify the accurate completion of necessary metadata and documentation.
β’ Prior experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is advantageous.
β’ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
β’ Excellent communication skills in English.
β’ Familiarity with the local language is preferred, though not mandatory.
β’ Capability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
β’ Availability to assist with onboarding and operational activities as required.
