Warehouse Operations Manager – North Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• This position is Home-Based.

• The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee the Warehouse KPI Data Tracker and Scorecard, ensuring that goals and expectations are fulfilled.

• This role involves conducting Warehouse Gap Analysis audits across all warehouses, ensuring compliance with Refresco Warehouse Standards.

• The individual will collaborate directly with Plant Warehouse Managers to address any identified gaps and follow up as necessary.

• The Warehouse Operations Manager will assist in the establishment of 3PL warehouses, which includes training warehouse associates.

• This person will also play a significant role in SAP implementations within the plants.

• The Warehouse Operations Manager will work in close coordination with the Senior Manager of Operations on Pallet Handling requirements across all warehouses, ensuring timely and efficient pallet movement to meet plant needs.

• Additionally, the Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee the deployment of the Web-based Dock Schedule, including training on the tool's functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Food/Beverage Manufacturing is preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a production environment.

• A solid understanding and experience with financial processes, including budgeting.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster a team environment that encourages internal growth.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.

• Initiative, independence, strong customer service orientation, excellent written and verbal skills, and adaptability, vision, and creativity.

• High accountability, quality, and innovation (focused on high performance, problem prevention, process improvement, documentation of new processes, and accuracy of information).

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an organized and detailed manner, even under tight deadlines.

• An undergraduate degree in a related field.

• APICS certification is an asset.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in warehouse logistics management.
