This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop the RevOps roadmap and implement initiatives that advance our strategy, from OKR formulation to investment suggestions.

• Take ownership of revenue forecasting related to new business, renewals, and expansions.

• Focus on system and process improvements that enhance the buyer journey.

• Create models for unit economics, LTV:CAC ratios, payback periods, and the ROI of each GTM investment.

• Monitor ARR, MRR, churn, net revenue retention (NRR), and expansion revenue.

• Identify trends and anomalies proactively.

• Lead annual planning and QBRs with scenario modeling and analysis that is actionable for the board.

• Ensure alignment of billing and subscription data in SaaSgrid and the CRM so that revenue is accurately reported from the outset.

• Establish a customer health scoring framework that identifies risks and opportunities for expansion early on.

• Define and monitor key onboarding metrics: time-to-value, completion rates, and early adoption indicators.

• Manage the renewal operations calendar.

• Oversee the HubSpot instance, including pipeline configuration, custom properties, workflow automation, and data governance.

• Handle integrations with SaaSgrid, ZoomInfo, BI tools, and financial systems to maintain a single source of truth.

• Create dashboards and reports that Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership depend on daily.

• Track performance across Sales and CS, providing leadership with actionable recommendations to scale successful initiatives.

• Conduct experiments, inform marketing investments, lead market intelligence efforts, and assess cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and BD to determine what drives results.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance within a SaaS B2B environment.

• Strong expertise in financial operations, including ARR/MRR reporting, churn analysis, renewal forecasting, and unit economics modeling.

• Practical experience in customer success operations: health scoring, onboarding metrics, renewal workflows, and playbook execution.

• Extensive knowledge of HubSpot, including pipeline configuration, custom objects, workflow automation, reporting, and integrations. HubSpot certifications are highly desirable.

• Excellent analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets is essential, while SQL knowledge is preferred. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) is strongly favored.

• Familiarity with SaaSgrid or a similar subscription management and revenue intelligence platform.

• Proven ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance leadership.

• Preferable experience in high-growth SaaS startups or scale-ups (Series A to C).
