Strategy & Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Support leadership in executing market expansion strategies and develop plans for introducing new services, ensuring effective collaboration with Government Relations, Marketing, and Tech teams throughout the process.

• Collaborate with relevant business leaders and country managers to maintain exceptional operational standards in areas such as licensing, local exchange operations, product offerings, and growth.

• Utilize data dashboards extensively to enhance user experience, monitor operational metrics, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, along with recommending and implementing action plans.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams, leveraging region-specific data and insights to define modifications, design experiments, and execute those changes across our product operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of demonstrated success in a comparable position, such as management consulting or operations within a high-growth startup.

• **Data-oriented**: Capable of diving into data analysis. Understand the necessary data and scale it across the region.

• **Exceptional communicator**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills at the executive level, with the ability to clearly articulate complex business challenges and develop business cases and quantitative models that will guide and impact our operational strategy.

• **Entrepreneurial mindset**: A self-motivated leader who embraces the risks and rewards associated with managing an innovative and sustainable operation.

• **Cross-cultural interpersonal skills**: Proficient in building and nurturing strong relationships with team members, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
