Warehouse Operations Manager – North Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• This position is remote.

• The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee the Warehouse KPI Data Tracker and Scorecard, ensuring that objectives and expectations are fulfilled.

• This role involves conducting Warehouse Gap Analysis audits across all warehouses to guarantee compliance with Refresco Warehouse Standards.

• The individual will collaborate closely with Plant Warehouse Managers to address any identified gaps and provide necessary follow-up.

• The Warehouse Operations Manager will also aid in the establishment of 3PL warehouses, which includes training warehouse associates.

• This individual will play a crucial role in the execution of SAP implementations within the plants.

• The Warehouse Operations Manager will work in conjunction with the Senior Manager of Operations to address Pallet Handling requirements across all warehouses, ensuring that plant needs are met for efficient and timely pallet movement.

• Additionally, the Warehouse Operations Manager will supervise the rollout of the web-based Dock Schedule, including its training and operational functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Food/Beverage Manufacturing is preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint is required.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a production setting.

• A solid understanding and experience with financial processes, including budgeting.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to foster a team environment that promotes internal growth.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Must possess initiative, the ability to work independently, a strong customer service orientation, and effective written and verbal communication skills, along with flexibility, vision, and creativity.

• High accountability, quality focus, and innovation (aims for high performance, emphasizes problem prevention, develops improvement ideas, documents new processes, and ensures information accuracy).

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an organized and detailed manner, even under tight deadlines.

• An undergraduate degree in a related field is required.

• An APICS designation is considered an asset.

• Over 7 years of relevant experience in warehouse logistics management.
