Warehouse Operations Manager – North Region

• Supervising and supporting Plant Warehouse Managers with KPI data.

• Identifying trends and facilitating Process Improvement to enhance those metrics.

• Administering the Warehouse KPI Data Tracker and Scorecard.

• Conducting Warehouse Gap Analysis audits across all warehouses.

• Collaborating directly with Plant Warehouse Managers to address identified gaps.

• Aiding in the establishment of 3PL warehouses, which includes training warehouse associates.

• Contributing significantly to SAP implementations at various plants.

• Managing the rollout of the Web-based Dock Schedule, including training and tool functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Food/Beverage Manufacturing is preferred.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrated Leadership experience in a Production setting.

• Solid understanding and experience with financial processes, including budgeting.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster a team environment that encourages internal growth.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.

• Initiative, ability to work independently, strong customer service orientation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside flexibility, vision, and creativity.

• High accountability, commitment to quality and innovation (drives for high performance, emphasizes problem prevention, generates improvement ideas, documents new processes, and ensures information accuracy).

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an organized and detailed manner, especially under tight deadlines.
