AI Ops Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and automate CI/CD pipelines for the agile deployment of AI/ML systems and essential applications.

• Ensure the high availability, observability, and continuous support of critical production systems.

• Lead cost governance (FinOps), overseeing consumption and implementing strategies for financial optimization.

• Manage and continually enhance our cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), seeking cutting-edge solutions.

• Develop architectural enhancements to accommodate GenAI requirements, prioritizing low latency and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to refine the model lifecycle through MLOps practices.

• Create guardrails and automation to identify financial anomalies and minimize resource wastage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Platform Engineer, SRE, or MLOps engineer in high-criticality settings.

• Advanced understanding of public cloud ecosystems (multi-cloud AWS and GCP).

• In-depth expertise in container orchestration using Kubernetes (GKE or EKS).

• Strong technical skills with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.

• Proven experience in FinOps, including billing analysis and asset optimization.

• Proficient in Python for creating internal automation tools.

• Analytical mindset focused on unit economics and aiming for operational efficiency.

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (such as LangChain or CrewAI) and LLM monitoring (preferred).

• Knowledge of Kubernetes cost visibility solutions (Kubecost or similar) (preferred).

• Relevant industry certifications (GCP ML Engineer or AWS Solutions Architect) (preferred).

• Previous experience in SaaS business models or the FinTech industry (preferred).
