This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Delivers title services on a national scale.
• Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by managing operational functions related to title service provision for clients.
• Oversees and directs teams that carry out a diverse array of responsibilities associated with title operations, provide support to branches in clearing titles, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates and serves as a liaison among various groups, such as Examining and Underwriting, to guarantee compliance, adherence to policies, achievement of production targets, and adherence to timelines.
• Offers leadership to managers, supervisors, and/or individual contributors.
• Holds accountability for the performance and outcomes of several interconnected teams.
• Formulates departmental strategies, encompassing business, production, and/or organizational priorities.
• Utilizes knowledge of essential business drivers and the elements that enhance departmental performance.
• Recognizes and resolves complex operational and organizational challenges by leveraging resources both within and outside the department.
• Influences managers and leaders to take necessary actions and/or negotiates with external partners, vendors, and customers.
• Oversees multiple related teams, establishes departmental priorities, and allocates resources to align with business goals and the annual plan.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Typically requires 8+ years of pertinent work experience.
