This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Conduct assessments for the work designated for offshore transition.
• Assist in developing solutions for transition design and ensuring service readiness.
• Oversee implementation efforts and coordinate transitions.
• Offer expert support during setup, go-live phases, and stabilization periods.
• Track business-as-usual (BAU) performance, service quality, and adherence to processes.
• Develop and sustain standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and knowledge articles.
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer for offshore teams.
• Assist with system upgrades and modifications to processes.
• Promote standardization, efficiency, and ongoing improvements.
• Manage communication with stakeholders regarding assigned processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in the insurance sector.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with facilitation abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to act with promptness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters while effectively prioritizing tasks and achieving goals.
• Strong aptitude for providing strategic input and influencing individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Familiarity with insurance-specific systems and applications (additional qualifications are advantageous).
