Coverage Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in a position involving high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation. Examples include inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service.

• Comfortable and efficient in phone communication, with strong verbal and written skills.

• Exceptionally organized; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without oversight.

• Composed and decisive under pressure, capable of making timely decisions.

• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new platforms.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
