Warehouse Management System Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The role entails serving as a Manhattan Active WMS Functional Consultant with over 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, particularly in distribution and 3PL logistics.

• The selected candidate will collaborate closely with solution architects to implement necessary functional configuration modifications in Manhattan Active and will also provide continuous support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the supply chain industry is essential.

• At least 1 year of direct experience with Manhattan Active WMS is required.

• Must possess functional expertise in warehouse operations, distribution, and third-party logistics (3PL).

• Strong background in configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Manhattan Active WMS is necessary.

• Experience in driving process enhancements through gap analysis of current practices versus system capabilities is preferred.

• The candidate should work closely with distribution and 3PL operations teams to ensure seamless functionality of the warehouse management system.

• Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving functional issues to minimize disruptions in DC operations.

• Support for Distribution Centres operating in both EST and PST time zones is required.

• Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams is crucial.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are essential.

• Strong communication and documentation abilities are required.
