This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Ensure the 3PL partner meets contracted SLAs and KPIs by monitoring their performance, conducting organized reviews, and tracking corrective actions for any identified issues.
• Act as the main point of contact between the 3PL partner and Spreetail’s central departments (Technology, Transportation, Account Management), translating strategic needs into precise operational directives.
• Oversee real-time inventory levels, order statuses, and shipment planning through our WMS (Linnworks) to guarantee timely deliveries and proactively address discrepancies across B2B and B2C operations.
• Guarantee strict compliance of the 3PL with Spreetail’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), serving as the primary contact for implementing system updates, new SOPs, or onboarding new clients.
• Generate regular operational reports for internal stakeholders and analyze WMS data to monitor metrics such as on-time shipment (OTS), order accuracy, and inbound receiving performance.
• Discover ongoing process improvement opportunities within 3PL operations and cultivate collaborative, solution-oriented relationships to implement effective changes.
• Proficiency in both German and English is essential (knowledge of additional European languages is a significant advantage).
• Proven hands-on experience in coordinating essential warehouse workflows (inbound, outbound, returns) with familiarity in both B2B and B2C fulfillment settings.
• Expertise in Linnworks or comparable WMS/ERP systems, paired with a strong analytical mindset to utilize operational data, create reports, and identify trends.
• Strong, confident communication abilities with a successful history of holding external partners accountable while fostering productive, collaborative relationships.
• Outstanding organizational skills and self-motivation, capable of effectively prioritizing and managing multiple workstreams independently across various site operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent practical experience (certifications such as APICS, Six Sigma, or IOSH are advantageous).
