VP/Sr Director, Global Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Supervise operational execution across five global locations in Colombia, Mexico, Egypt, and North America.

• Bear ultimate responsibility for key performance indicators across all lines of business.

• Streamline processes and promote a culture of knowledge sharing across regions.

• Serve as the main operational contact for the client's executive team.

• Aid in Quarterly Business Reviews by providing data-driven insights and leadership.

• Set clear operational objectives, assess portfolio expansion, and deliver highly precise forecasting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations within a BPO environment.

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale operations, ideally in the Telecommunications, Internet Service Provider (ISP), or Subscription-Based Consumer Hardware industries.

• Proven track record in overseeing complex portfolios that involve high-level Technical Support/Hardware Troubleshooting as well as Inbound/Outbound Sales.

• Significant experience in managing operations in Latin America, particularly in Colombia and Mexico.

• Strong financial and analytical skills.

• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities at the executive level.

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Knowledge of the operational dynamics of wireless or satellite networks is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel internationally 50% of the time.
