This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a multi-year strategy aimed at centralizing operational reporting within Enterprise Analytics.
• Shift reporting responsibilities from operational business units to a standardized reporting framework.
• Establish governance, standards, ownership, documentation, and prioritization for operational reporting.
• Normalize enterprise KPI definitions, reporting frequency, and scorecards.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational reporting activities.
• Guarantee that reporting is timely, precise, automated, scalable, and in alignment with business priorities.
• Lead the development of executive dashboards utilizing Power BI and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Implement processes for reporting intake, prioritization, and service management.
• Conduct monthly operational business reviews with executive leadership.
• Create executive scorecards that encompass KPIs, operational performance, Performance Guarantees, service levels, and trends.
• Deliver executive insights, narratives, and recommendations.
• Identify enterprise risks, trends, and opportunities through proactive analytics.
• Design and implement an enterprise Quality Management framework.
• Monitor KPIs and set corrective-action thresholds.
• Lead root cause analyses for underperforming KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional corrective action plans and oversee sustained improvements.
• Develop referral processes for the Transformation team.
• Track improvement initiatives through their implementation and realization of benefits.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture the operational reporting team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Client Services, Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and executive leadership.
• Represent Enterprise Analytics in executive meetings and strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, operational reporting, or healthcare operations.
• More than 5 years leading enterprise reporting or quality management teams.
• Proven experience in implementing KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance management programs.
• Experience in leading cross-functional organizational change initiatives.
