VP, Value Add Assembly

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Provide the comprehensive vision, strategy, and leadership for the business division.

• Establish the goals and objectives for the division, encompassing orders, sales, growth, operational performance, and budget.

• Spearhead the formulation of market, product, and technology strategies.

• Develop actionable plans to execute the strategy.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of customers’ new product and program development requirements.

• Lead a team of program managers to formulate and execute business plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Monitor and offer guidance and leadership to assigned personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• 15+ years of leadership experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector, with a focus on Radar and RF Technology.

• Proven experience in successfully implementing organizational change.

• Experience in the A&D electronics industry and manufacturing is preferred.
