This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +15 more states.
• Design and execute detailed strategies to attract and grow both local and national account customers, ensuring the attainment of revenue, gross margin, and net operating income (NOI) objectives for the region.
• Build and maintain strategic alliances to foster, develop, and sustain profitable relationships with key accounts.
• Encourage a culture of accountability, highlighting team achievements and individual responsibilities. Recruit, nurture, and mentor a high-performing team that embraces ambitious objectives and upholds high standards.
• Manage team performance transparently, setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and implementing corrective measures as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Make data-driven decisions to enhance business results, utilizing market insights and reallocating resources as required.
• Delegate responsibilities to promote ownership and instill confidence among team members, ensuring accountability through efficient tracking and feedback.
• Advocate for a culture of safety, diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect among employees, associates, and clients.
• Spearhead organizational change initiatives with clarity and inspiration, effectively communicating the direction and rationale behind strategic transitions.
• Assume responsibility for achieving safety, compliance, JobStack, associate satisfaction, and customer satisfaction targets within the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the service industry, particularly in sales, business operations, or related fields, with a solid record of meeting financial objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience, with a successful history in recruiting and developing senior professionals in a B2B environment, preferably within a national or North American territory.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, cultivate, and mentor high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional decision-making capabilities and the ability to utilize market insights effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, dedicated to maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, a registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance.
