SVP, Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee our delivery practice and establish yourself as the most reliable representative of our firm in client engagements.

• Provide outstanding services, enhance client collaborations, and position the firm as an innovative leader in technology consulting.

• Manage a team of consultants within our technology implementation practices.

• Act as the executive sponsor for our key strategic projects, fostering trusted advisor relationships with client executives.

• Set and uphold the benchmark for delivery excellence across all ongoing technology implementation projects.

• Manage utilization, average billing rates, project profitability, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.

• Advocate for the integration of AI tools throughout the consulting practice.

• Represent the Consulting division at the executive leadership level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in technology consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position managing delivery operations.

• Proven success in cultivating trusted, executive-level client relationships during intricate, multi-phase technology implementations.

• Familiarity with or experience in an ERP or platform partner ecosystem (e.g., QAD, NetSuite, Infor, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle) is a significant advantage.

• Established history of enhancing delivery quality metrics — CSAT, utilization, margin — through effective methodologies and operational discipline.

• Proven ability to build and nurture consulting teams of over 20 individuals across various practice areas.

• Experience in assessing, piloting, or scaling AI tools in a professional services or delivery setting is highly regarded.
