This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Lead and expand high-volume recruitment efforts across all delivery sites in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Take ownership of and drive the talent acquisition strategy.
• Provide strategic guidance for transformation initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to operations and business leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Workforce Management, Operations, Finance, HR, and other related departments.
• Advocate for the utilization of AI, recruitment analytics, and automation.
• Assess, choose, and implement state-of-the-art ATS platforms.
• Foster a data-driven recruitment culture.
• Create a seamless, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience.
• Propel employer branding initiatives.
• Motivate, mentor, and lead teams across various locations in a structured manner.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition.
• More than 8 years of experience managing high-volume hiring across multiple locations in the Philippines.
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling talent acquisition functions within BPO/Outsourcing, Shared Services, or high-growth technology/service sectors.
• Strong proficiency in AI-driven sourcing and automation tools.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment metrics, funnel optimization, budgeting, and strategic reporting.
• Outstanding communication and influencing abilities.
• Solid understanding of labor market trends in India.
