This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as a talent partner alongside managers, understanding their needs and supporting profile definitions and prioritizations.
• Align job vacancies, including descriptions, openings, and postings on internal and external channels.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, individual interviews, behavioral interviews, and group dynamics when necessary.
• Prepare interview feedback with a clear perspective on technical and cultural fit.
• Organize and keep updated the tracking controls and spreadsheets for job vacancies.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding vacancy status, indicators, and risks.
• Conduct reference checks when applicable.
• Ensure a positive, swift, and humanized experience for candidates and leaders.
• Adhere to internal R&S processes with organization and discipline, utilizing creativity to enhance attraction.
• Provide insights and contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment practices, tools, and strategies.
• Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
• Previous experience in recruitment and selection; internship or junior experience is acceptable.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build connections with diverse profiles.
• An inquisitive, creative individual with the energy to learn and deliver results.
• Organizational skills, discipline, and attention to processes.
• Experience in transforming environments or those undergoing rapid growth.
• Knowledge of digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Gupy, and others).
• Experience in consulting or operations with a high volume of vacancies.
