This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage the complete recruitment process for Built Environment roles across various client accounts.
• Identify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and database searches.
• Comprehend client needs, job specifications, and hiring demands specific to the industry.
• Perform initial HR screenings, candidate assessments, and evaluations of suitability.
• Organize interviews and ensure consistent communication with both candidates and clients.
• Keep precise candidate records in the ATS and recruitment tracking systems.
• Develop and sustain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Guarantee a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Achieve recruitment goals and assist in meeting team hiring objectives.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the Built Environment sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies concurrently in construction, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, or real estate fields.
• In-depth knowledge of Built Environment job roles, terminology, and market trends.
• Exceptional sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search techniques, and professional networks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple client requests.
• Experience in consultancy recruitment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with recruiting for GCC or international markets is a plus.
• Preference will be given to immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods.
