This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Source talent through direct outreach on LinkedIn.
• Emphasize sourcing both passive and active candidates via networking, intricate internet searches, research, name generation, and phone calls.
• Conduct search operations, including database mining, job board investigations, and functional web searches.
• Explore and identify new talent sourcing channels, continuously striving to discover hidden talent.
• Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our values, enhancing brand awareness in the market, and ensuring all candidates have a positive experience during the recruitment process.
• Maintain and monitor your sourced talent within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - SmartRecruiters.
• Monitor essential recruitment data and generate regular (as well as ad-hoc) reports regarding recruiting activities.
• Proven experience in the Recruiting/Sourcing sector.
• Understanding of primary development languages, libraries, frameworks, and recognition of the critical distinctions among them.
• Proficiency in English.
• Capability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse international backgrounds.
• A distinct LinkedIn profile.
• Preferred: Any background in Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
