This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing job offers.
• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their hiring requirements and provide valuable market insights.
• Ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for all parties involved.
• Utilize various methods to source candidates and develop a robust candidate pipeline.
• Conduct pre-screening of candidates by reviewing their resumes and performing phone screenings.
• Carry out internal assessments, including initial interviews with candidates.
• Manage the entire interview and selection process in a systematic manner.
• Define job descriptions and document specifications accurately.
• Create and sustain comprehensive documentation for projects.
• Monitor projects post-launch and track their progress until completion.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Managers to provide updates and reports on projects.
• Keep candidates informed about job openings and the results of their assessments.
• Communicate with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements and organizational objectives.
• Establish rapport with clients and cultivate long-term professional relationships.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and arrange interview schedules.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices in the industry.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiter with comprehensive end-to-end recruitment responsibilities.
• Necessary experience in recruiting for UK clients.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and hiring roles within the mortgage industry, including:
• Mortgage Brokers
• Credit Analysts
• Loan Processors
• Parabrokers
• Strong client management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts while building lasting relationships.
• Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
• Experience working in or providing support to an Australian recruitment agency is highly preferred.
• Exceptional sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and various other sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with Australian hiring practices, recruitment processes, and market expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple roles concurrently.
• Experience utilizing ATS platforms such as Workable and Hubspot (CRM).
• Ability to work remotely while aligning with Australian business hours.
