This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Driving quantifiable revenue enhancement through government contracts
• Managing the complete growth lifecycle across federal, state, and local government entities
• Developing and overseeing a strong sales pipeline with precise forecasting
• Leading comprehensive government sales processes including opportunity identification, capture, pricing, negotiation, and closure
• Establishing structured sales operating rhythms, KPIs, and performance reporting
• Directing pre-RFP capture initiatives, including agency engagement and solution development
• Recognizing and commercializing adjacent markets such as healthcare, workforce, education, private sector, and technology-enabled services
• Creating revenue-generating partnerships with government bodies and private organizations
• Collaborating across functions to ensure offerings are executable and profitable
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; Master’s degree is preferred
• Over 10 years of senior leadership experience in government sales or business development, with a demonstrated history of securing state, local, or federal contracts.
