📋 Description

• Take ownership of the process to create genuine, well-rounded, actionable, and impactful insights.

• Guide Directors and their teams towards achieving strategic excellence.

• Collaborate with Creative Leaders, Group Account Directors, and subject matter experts.

• Shape and evolve the Strategic Planning department to meet the demands of a changing digital landscape.

• Combine traditional marketing expertise with digital trends and client requirements.

• Promote collaboration among teams and departments.

• Mentor and develop team members and future leaders.

• Investigate innovative approaches to support clients in thriving within the digital realm.

• Formulate and execute strategic plans that align with client objectives and market trends.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

• Exhibit inclusive behaviors and actively manage bias.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in Account Planning.

• Experienced leader with a background in managing a department or overseeing a large account with a significant team.

• A consensus builder with the vision to create roadmaps for planning-based initiatives.

• Strong understanding of the digital landscape.

• Practical experience in digital activation is essential.

• Proven methodologies to influence planning processes.

• Exceptional storyteller with a captivating communication style.

• Capability to educate, advise, and inspire planning team members, clients, and agency stakeholders regarding emerging trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising is required.

• Experience in an agency setting is necessary.
