VP, Strategic Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead long-term planning, scenario modeling, performance analysis, and financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

• Serve as a principal advisor to the CFO and executive leadership on strategic and operational choices.

• Generate insights across Sales, Marketing, and Product to enhance revenue growth and efficiency, while ensuring alignment on business strategies and priorities.

• Supervise and enhance performance metrics such as MRR, net retention, cohort growth, and unit economics to consistently advance the business.

• Assess strategic initiatives, explore new markets, develop pricing strategies, and identify growth opportunities.

• Create and present impactful narratives for leadership, the board, and investors.

• Build, mentor, and expand high-performing finance and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or Consulting.

• Extensive experience in SaaS and high-growth technology settings, with a focus on driving transformation.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with C-level executives; knowledgeable in Investor Relations, Board reporting, and communications.

• In-depth understanding of go-to-market strategies, pricing, revenue models, and essential business metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, retention, etc.).

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and storytelling capabilities, with proficiency in data tools.

• Experience in applying and utilizing AI tools (like Claude, CoPilot, Gemini, etc.) to enhance business performance.

• Capacity to influence and make decisions within a dynamic, matrixed organization.
