This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery specifics.

• Oversee the backlog, set priorities, ensure sprint readiness, and manage feature execution.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, operations, and business teams.

• Convert intricate financial journeys into straightforward product flows.

• Conduct testing on features prior to launch, ensuring product quality remains a shared responsibility, not just an engineering concern.

• Monitor bugs, edge cases, user issues, and implement post-launch corrections.

• Keep stakeholders informed about progress, obstacles, risks, and necessary decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Executive, or in a similar role focused on delivery.

• Strong capability to articulate clear requirements and decompose tasks for engineering teams.

• Solid understanding of user flows, edge cases, operational processes, and ensuring product quality.

• Quick to follow up, highly organized, and demonstrate strong ownership.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and transform unclear inputs into actionable execution plans.

• Comfortable with product testing and addressing gaps prior to launch.

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or digital products is a significant advantage.
