Product Manager – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product domains within insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.

• Identify user challenges, outline product scope, establish success metrics, and develop roadmap and launch strategies.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.

• Transform intricate financial products into straightforward and user-friendly customer experiences.

• Leverage data, feedback, research, and production challenges to enhance product decisions.

• Roll out features, track performance, and drive continuous improvements.

• Balance considerations between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or in a similar capacity.

• Strong product intuition and the capability to simplify intricate workflows.

• Proficient in collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver tangible products.

• Comfortable analyzing metrics, gathering user feedback, conducting experiments, and learning post-launch.

• Excellent writing skills, prioritization abilities, and stakeholder management.

• Demonstrated ownership and the capacity to drive initiatives with minimal guidance.

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth products is highly desirable.
