This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Process and classify corporate card transactions; provide assistance with expense evaluations, reimbursement approvals, and receipt follow-ups.
• Support bank and credit card reconciliations by matching Ramp transactions to QBO, identifying unmatched or duplicate charges.
• Handle vendor invoice processing, including data entry, coding to the appropriate GL account/class, and routing invoices for approval.
• Assist with 1099 preparation by collecting W-9 forms and tracking vendor payment totals in advance of year-end.
• Organize filing and documentation by maintaining tidy records in Google Drive or QBO attachments.
• Aid in tracking grant and restricted funds by maintaining various grant schedules.
• Help ensure balance sheet accounts are accurate and flag any discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end reporting, including accruals, journal entries, and preparing the closing schedule.
• Provide general support to the finance department as required; flexibility is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, administration, or finance-related education.
• Proficient in using RAMP, QBO, Mosaic, and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial transactions.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
