This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the suite of FP&A software products from Epicor Solutions for financial reporting, budgeting and planning, profitability, and consolidations for our Epicor clients.
• Provide training to customers on both functional and technical aspects of Epicor’s FP&A products.
• Offer guidance to customers on best practices for financial reporting, budgeting, and planning.
• Specialize in report generation within Epicor FP&A and develop intricate reports from the ground up.
• Act as the intermediary between the product management team and the user community.
• Safeguard the integrity of sensitive customer data according to established policies and controls.
• Serve in a business advisory capacity leveraging your expertise in consolidation and statutory reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end project management and train end-users effectively.
• Monitor FP&A projects to ensure they remain within scope, and propose additional services as necessary to facilitate successful product adoption by customers.
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables while proactively identifying potential issues or conditions that could affect the initial estimates or project budget.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, or financial planning and analysis.
• Strong grasp of accounting and financial statements (end of month, quarter-end, year-end).
• Familiarity with accounting, consolidation adhering to multiple GAAPs, statutory reporting, and accounting standards.
• Understanding of finance business processes, including forecasting, budgeting cycles, and corporate reporting demands across various departments and divisions.
• Knowledgeable in management reporting, including Cashflow mapping, EBIT, EBITA, and other KPI calculations.
• Demonstrated ability to define systems strategy, develop systems requirements, design and prototype solutions, conduct testing, provide training, define support procedures, and implement practical business solutions under tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience handling large data sets.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent critical thinking capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to support others.
• Proven track record of engaging and communicating effectively with both business-oriented and IT-oriented clients.
• Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the aptitude to exercise sound judgment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
