📋 Description

• Define and implement the agency's long-term SEO strategy and roadmap.

• Assess emerging technologies, search platforms, and industry trends.

• Spearhead the agency's strategic approach to AI-driven search, optimization of large language models, zero-click search, and the evolution of search behavior.

• Create advanced search service offerings.

• Promote experimentation, research, and ongoing learning within the SEO organization.

• Develop frameworks for testing new search technologies and AI-based optimization strategies.

• Represent the agency as a thought leader in the industry through webinars and client education initiatives.

• Identify and apply automation and AI-driven tools across technical SEO, content creation, reporting, research, and analysis.

• Design scalable operating models, frameworks, playbooks, templates, and processes.

• Act as a strategic advisor for key enterprise clients.

• Facilitate impactful strategy sessions and presentations.

• Collaborate with Revenue on new business opportunities and strategic proposals.

• Offer executive guidance on complex SEO projects and emerging search challenges.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing SEO team.

• Establish career development pathways and encourage accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and innovation.

• Set KPIs to measure client success, operational efficiency, innovation, and agency growth.

• Enhance profitability through scalable delivery models and operational efficiencies.

• 8+ years of experience in SEO.

• 5+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing SEO teams.

• Proven track record of developing SEO strategies that yield measurable business results.

• Experience working in an agency environment.
