Senior SEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee clients’ digital presence with an emphasis on search engine optimization.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication.

• Analyze clients’ industries and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.

• Monitor rankings, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Execute a variety of SEO initiatives.

• Perform keyword research and analysis.

• Create content with a focus on SEO.

• Apply both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

• Conduct backlink assessments and establish backlinks.

• Manage technical SEO aspects, including tracking and consent management integration.

• Utilize popular SEO tools, along with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German at C2 level or native-speaker capability, with strong written communication, grammar, and punctuation.

• A minimum of 3 years of pertinent professional experience in SEO.

• Most relevant experience acquired in an agency setting.

• Solid understanding of SEO concepts, including both on-page and off-page optimization.

• Experience with keyword research and the influence of technical elements on search engine rankings.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• A solutions-oriented and efficient work style.

• Strong teamwork skills within interdisciplinary groups.

• Proficient in written and spoken English (preferred).

• Familiarity with common CMS platforms (preferred).
