Technical SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Perform hands-on technical SEO implementation across WordPress websites, focusing on optimizing canonical structures and enhancing on-page ranking signals.

• Create and implement a backlink strategy to foster organic search growth and build authority.

• Design and manage A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to enhance conversion outcomes on digital assets.

• Work in partnership with UI and web development teams to embed SEO best practices into development workflows and identify performance enhancement opportunities.

• Assess site health and performance, provide clear status updates, and gradually assume leadership of the SEO strategy as the role progresses towards team management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven knowledge in technical SEO practices, including canonical structures, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.

• Experience with A/B testing and methodologies for conversion rate optimization.

• Practical knowledge of WordPress and Cloudflare technical configurations.

• Demonstrated capability to independently execute SEO implementation while collaborating with web development teams.

• Proficient in English (C1+).

• Experience with AI content generation or LLM ranking optimization is preferred but not mandatory.

• Candidates must be located in LATAM.

• Must be available for a full-time schedule that aligns with EST.
