This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Data and process enhancement: Enhance Salesforce data integrity and pipeline cleanliness, improve account and territory records, and standardize process and reporting definitions to create a definitive single source of truth supported by efficient governance.
• Reporting modernization: Merge and standardize GTM dashboards into a cohesive, reliable reporting framework with uniform metric definitions that align across GTM and Finance.
• Automation: Identify and automate high-volume manual workflows (such as lead routing, quoting/approvals, compensation calculations, forecasting inputs, and data entry) to achieve a measurable decrease in manual labor hours.
• Sales analytics for growth: Establish a sales analytics function that transforms GTM data into actionable insights for investment, scaling, and reallocation to ensure predictable growth.
• Sales operations: Manage pipeline, oversee forecasting schedules, facilitate deal desk operations, and handle quota and territory design and administration.
• Marketing operations: Implement funnel instrumentation, manage lead lifecycle, oversee MQL to SQL transitions, handle attribution, and take ownership of the martech stack.
• Compensation: Collaborate with Finance on plan design, manage compensation administration, resolve disputes, and model incentives.
• Territories: Conduct territory carving, capacity planning, and account assignment logic while ensuring equity.
• Reporting and analytics: Provide metrics for the board/investors, track GTM KPIs, conduct win/loss and cohort analysis, and offer ad hoc decision support.
• Systems ownership: Oversee the Salesforce platform and integrated GTM stack roadmap, including administration and vendor management.
• 8+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations.
• 3+ years leading the function at a B2B SaaS company with revenue exceeding $100M or experiencing high growth.
• Proven success in executing a RevOps transformation, including data remediation, reporting standardization, or large-scale workflow automation.
• In-depth Salesforce knowledge and hands-on experience with automation tools (such as native flows, CPQ, and platforms like SalesLoft, Spiff for compensation, PowerBI, partner portals, and ZoomInfo).
• Demonstrated ability to reorganize a team during a process change while maintaining operational continuity.
• Strong financial acumen, including compensation modeling, forecasting, and understanding unit economics.
• Experience in cybersecurity or technical product contexts is a plus.
