This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and support the business development initiatives of the team.
• Utilize industry connections to discover and establish new partnerships for community sites.
• Cultivate relationships with key leaders and executives within M&D’s existing customer base.
• Collaborate with the SVP/GM to formulate comprehensive growth strategies for the business over multiple years.
• Build and oversee a team dedicated to executing those strategies, ensuring a sustainable path for profitable growth.
• Attract, retain, and nurture talent to create a high-performing team.
• Guide, coach, and mentor the team to reach both individual and collective sales targets.
• Develop account assignments, establish territories, and create incentive compensation plans aligned with segment and enterprise goals.
• Formulate the go-to-market strategy for the segment, contributing to the enterprise's broader strategy to present an “Alternative to the Big Three.”
• Identify gaps in service offerings and develop or acquire solutions to address those gaps.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and GPOs to ensure our provider customers have seamless access to eligible pricing programs.
• 7 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Over 5 years of targeted experience with specialty therapies, including Oncology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology, and Retina/Ophthalmology.
• A 4-year degree (B.A., B.S., etc.) is strongly preferred.
