This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new customers and applications.

• Engage in on-site meetings with potential clients and customers.

• Provide market and application insights for specified markets.

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, bulletins, sales, and technical manuals.

• Analyze customer needs through data sheets, blueprints, or other relevant information to develop detailed proposals outlining: required equipment, pricing, delivery schedules, and financial terms for the specified product.

• Evaluate proposals for adherence to company standards and contract language.

• Offer technical, installation, and troubleshooting support to customers, sales teams, and other departments within the company.

• Market and sell products within the power generation, transmission, and distribution sectors, as well as other related market segments.

• Identify key prospects, conduct needs assessments, and generate and qualify leads.

• Create sales strategies to achieve or surpass set quotas.

• Maintain CRM records according to company guidelines.

• Regularly update and communicate with management regarding sales prospects, competitive threats, revenue/profit expectations, and more.

• Participate in promotional events where potential customers are present, including conferences, trade shows, and industry relations programs.

• Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of employees within the company, as well as suppliers, customers, and peers.

• Adhere to the company's policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.

• Maintain a quality assurance policy in line with ISO standards.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Regular and dependable attendance is a crucial requirement for this position.

• Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of outside sales experience in industrial lubrication oil or hydraulic equipment sales within the Oil & Gas, Mining, Power Generation, or Paper & Pulp industries.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and at least three (3) years of related outside sales experience in the aforementioned industries.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and following verbal instructions in Standard English is required.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Demonstrated capability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are mandatory.

• Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time, including frequent overnight trips, is required.
