This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Act as the primary advocate for Beauty & Personal Care (B&PC) sales in designated stores.
• Empower Beauty Sales Consultants to gain confidence as beauty experts, enhancing multi-brand and multi-category sales.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Senior Managers to establish coaching priorities that align with B&PC sales objectives.
• Create and oversee tailored sales plans for Beauty Sales Consultants to achieve monthly Beauty Experience & Service (BE&S) budget goals.
• Leverage business insight and an understanding of local customer preferences to drive outcomes.
• Maintain a regular schedule of store visits and work closely with store teams.
• Formulate detailed event execution plans centered on featured products and provide timely recaps.
• Lead the delivery of brand and product education for all Beauty Sales Consultants.
• Ensure the completion of all necessary BE&S training modules and participation in field training sessions.
• Cultivate an environment of ongoing learning and professional development.
• Take ownership of disseminating event information and education to enhance traffic and overall beauty sales.
• Assist Store Leadership in recruiting and hiring Beauty Sales Consultants.
• Analyze business performance and sales data to foster team collaboration and achieve goals.
• Encourage comprehensive use of available retail technology to facilitate selling, learning, and customer engagement.
• Oversee the execution of all corporate beauty events, including GWP promotions, Beauty Box experiences, and vendor activations—managing inventory planning, team scheduling, sample distribution, and store communications.
• 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• 1–2 years of experience in Beauty & Personal Care sales.
• Demonstrated passion for the beauty industry.
• Strong capability to coach, develop, and inspire a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
• Proficient in basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages).
• Ability to calculate ratios and analyze retail data using Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to stand, move, and interact with customers for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
